Echoes of Silence, 2024
-
In Echoes of Silence, a cluster of hands fills almost the entire image. Fingers overlap, touch and hold one another, forming a bodily weave in which each gesture seems to carry a different story.
The contrast between deep blacks and pale areas draws attention to skin, joints and points of contact. The work turns an everyday gesture into a scene of proximity, care and shared memory.
