In this work, the imprint of a chair is contained within an oval form that concentrates the relief at the center of the paper. The image emerges through subtle variations of pressure and texture, almost the same tone as the support itself.
The surface invites close viewing: the drawing becomes visible through changing light and the faint shadows cast by the embossing. The chair turns into a delicate presence, suspended between image, trace, and memory.
