In this linocut, a structure of lines and planes rises against a black background, creating an architectural-looking space. Rectangular forms, diagonals and carved areas overlap into a dense, fragmented image.
From the lower section, several lines spread outward like beams and guide the eye toward the center of the composition. The black-and-white contrast intensifies depth and turns the space into a scene shaped by cuts, shadows and paths.
