In Modulation 18, folded paper builds a relief surface organized through diagonals and successive breaks. Repetition creates a precise rhythm that changes with the light, revealing different intensities within a single tone.
The folds form a geometric sequence that combines order and variation. The work transforms a flat sheet into an active structure in which shadow, volume and repetition become part of the image.
