Description
In Pies Grandes, a seated figure fills the paper through a deliberately disproportionate anatomy. Hands and feet take on a central weight, as though concentrating the body’s physical experience and its contact with the world.
Blue, grey, and ochre layers refuse to seal the form. The figure appears vulnerable and monumental at once: a presence built through posture, volume, and the accumulated traces held by the paper.
