Description
In La Espera Violeta, a seated figure rests their face on one hand while the other arm crosses the body. The posture concentrates time into a long, introspective pause in which waiting becomes almost a form of shelter.
Violets, pinks, greys, and turquoise move through the anatomy and disperse across the paper. The large scale allows the figure to coexist with the support’s accumulated traces, as though body and surroundings shared the same wear.
