These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of VoyVeo, an application designed to help users discover galleries, museums, exhibitions, events, and cultural routes in Buenos Aires.

By accessing or using VoyVeo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Purpose of the Service

VoyVeo provides information about cultural spaces, exhibitions, events, maps, routes, and related cultural activities.

The service is intended for informational and cultural discovery purposes. VoyVeo does not guarantee that all information shown in the app is complete, current, or error-free.

Users should verify opening hours, availability, ticketing conditions, event dates, and access requirements directly with the relevant gallery, museum, institution, organizer, or official source before visiting.

3. User Accounts

Some features may require the user to create an account or sign in using an authentication provider such as Google.

VoyVeo aims to request the minimum amount of directly identifiable personal data necessary to operate the service. If you sign in with Google, VoyVeo requests basic authentication information, such as your email address, profile name, profile picture if available, and technical user identifier.

VoyVeo does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, YouTube, contacts, files, or other private Google services.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs through your account.

4. Usage Data, Metrics, and Insights

By using VoyVeo, you understand that the app may record and analyze usage interactions, such as views, favorites, searches, saved routes, clicks, navigation, and general interest in galleries, museums, exhibitions, events, and cultural content.

This data may be used to improve the app, personalize the experience, identify cultural trends, generate statistics, guide product development, and create reports or insights for galleries, museums, cultural institutions, partners, sponsors, or commercial collaborators.

When this data is used for reports, business analysis, or communication with third parties, VoyVeo seeks to process it in aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified form.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use VoyVeo only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

  • use the app for illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes;
  • interfere with or disrupt the operation, security, or integrity of the service;
  • attempt to access accounts, systems, data, or areas of the service without authorization;
  • copy, scrape, extract, or reuse substantial portions of the service in an automated or abusive manner;
  • impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity;
  • upload, submit, or transmit harmful code, spam, or malicious content;
  • use the service in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.

We may suspend or restrict access to VoyVeo if we believe these Terms have been violated or if necessary to protect the service, users, or third parties.

6. Cultural Information and Third-Party Content

VoyVeo may display information obtained from public sources, official websites, cultural institutions, galleries, museums, organizers, or other third-party sources.

Some content, including exhibition descriptions, event information, images, maps, links, names, logos, or venue details, may belong to third parties.

VoyVeo does not claim ownership over third-party content and uses such information to provide cultural discovery, navigation, visibility, and trend analysis features.

If you represent a gallery, museum, artist, institution, or organizer and believe that information displayed in VoyVeo is inaccurate or should be updated or removed, please contact us at:

7. Maps, Routes, and Location Features

VoyVeo may include maps, location-based features, or suggested cultural routes.

Maps, directions, distances, nearby recommendations, and route suggestions are provided for convenience only. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, unavailable, or affected by third-party map providers.

Users are responsible for evaluating safety, accessibility, transportation, opening hours, weather, and any other practical conditions before visiting a location or following a route.

VoyVeo does not permanently track precise location. If a location-based feature requires access to your device or browser location, you may accept, deny, or revoke that permission at any time.

8. Privacy

Your use of VoyVeo is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at:

The Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, how long we retain it, and how users may request access, correction, deletion, or revocation of permissions.

VoyVeo is designed to collect the minimum amount of directly identifiable personal information necessary for the app to function, while allowing usage data to be analyzed in aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified form to improve the product and develop cultural insights.

9. Account Deletion

Users may request deletion of their account and associated personal data by contacting:

Additional information is available at:

Account deletion does not necessarily require deletion of information that has already been aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified.

10. Intellectual Property

VoyVeo, including its design, interface, branding, structure, software, text, organization, and original content, is owned by Cassia House or its licensors, unless otherwise indicated.

These Terms do not grant users any ownership rights over VoyVeo or its content.

Users may access and use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, rent, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from VoyVeo or its original content without prior written authorization.

11. Third-Party Services

VoyVeo may rely on third-party services for authentication, hosting, infrastructure, database services, maps, analytics, monitoring, or other technical features.

These third-party services may include, among others, Google, Supabase, Vercel, and map or infrastructure providers.

Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

VoyVeo is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, or practices of third-party services.

12. App Store and Platform Terms

If you download or access VoyVeo through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another platform, your use of the app may also be subject to the terms, rules, and policies of that platform.

In the case of Apple devices, Apple’s standard licensed application terms may apply unless VoyVeo provides a separate end-user license agreement. Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for VoyVeo, except as required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable app store rules, consumer protection laws, or mandatory legal provisions.

13. Availability and Changes to the Service

VoyVeo may change, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

We may add, remove, modify, or reorganize features, content, data sources, cultural listings, maps, routes, or account functions.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent availability of the service.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

VoyVeo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoyVeo makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

  • accuracy, completeness, or availability of cultural information;
  • uninterrupted or error-free operation;
  • availability of events, exhibitions, venues, or routes;
  • suitability of the service for a particular purpose;
  • security or absence of technical errors, although we take reasonable measures to protect the service.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoyVeo and Cassia House shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to the use of the service.

VoyVeo is not responsible for changes in opening hours, cancellations, venue closures, inaccurate third-party information, transportation issues, safety conditions, accessibility issues, or any decision made by users based on information displayed in the app.

16. User Feedback

If you send feedback, suggestions, ideas, corrections, or proposals regarding VoyVeo, you grant us permission to use them to improve the service without obligation to compensate you.

17. Termination

You may stop using VoyVeo at any time.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the service if we believe that a user has violated these Terms, created risk for the service or other users, or used the app in an abusive, unlawful, or harmful manner.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic, unless mandatory consumer protection or platform rules require otherwise.

Any dispute related to these Terms or VoyVeo will be handled by the competent courts or authorities applicable under Argentine law, unless another jurisdiction is required by mandatory law.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the app, legal requirements, platform requirements, or our operations.

The “Last updated” date indicates the current version.

If changes are material, we will seek to notify users through the app, website, or other reasonable means.
