VoyVeo - Account Deletion

VoyVeo allows users to request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

To request account deletion, please send an email to:

Your request should include the email address associated with your VoyVeo account.

Once we receive your request, we will process it within a reasonable timeframe and delete or anonymize the personal data associated with your account, unless we are required to retain certain information for legal, security, fraud prevention, or compliance reasons.

What data may be deleted

When your account is deleted, we may delete or anonymize:

• your VoyVeo user account;
• your email address associated with the account;
• your profile information received through Google sign-in, if applicable;
• your saved favorites, preferences, or in-app saved items;
• other personal data directly associated with your account.

What data may be retained

Some limited technical records may be retained when necessary for:

• legal compliance;
• security and fraud prevention;
• abuse prevention;
• dispute resolution;
• technical integrity of the service.

VoyVeo does not sell personal data and does not use personal data for third-party behavioral advertising.
