In this horizontal lithograph, small black forms are scattered across an almost empty field. The distance between the signs, their varying densities, and the expanse of white space turn the composition into an open sequence close to visual writing.
Ferrari explores the tension between gesture, sign, and void, allowing each mark to remain autonomous within the viewer’s path across the image.
