Description
In “Umbrales”, Irene Accarini presents embroidery as more than ornament: it becomes pause, boundary, and the beginning of a passage. Threads hold an incomplete, suspended motif that opens a threshold between the visible and the imagined. The repeated stitch turns into an act of care—a woven time that invites the viewer to inhabit the threshold as a poetic space, fragile yet resilient.
