Description
The work proposes a break from traditional space, where perspective no longer organizes the scene. The face in the foreground coexists with an architectural structure that resists a unified logic, creating a disjunction between figure and environment. Layers of paint, along with lines and flat areas, construct a hybrid space where different temporalities and registers overlap. Vicente thus presents an image in which seeing involves moving through multiple levels of perception.
