Description
In this work, Lucía Liz constructs a scene in which the body folds into itself within a field of high chromatic intensity. Reds, pinks, and oranges do not function as background, but as an enveloping energy that both traverses and exceeds the figure. The painterly gesture, loose and layered, dissolves the boundaries of the body, which appears simultaneously contained and expanding. The image proposes a tension between withdrawal and exposure, where calm is not the absence of conflict, but a way of inhabiting it.
