Description
In Simbología para reinas, Zia Margaret transforms the fronts of beehives into a visual language charged with signs and resonances. Each symbol—unique and unrepeatable—was designed as a vital password so that a new queen and her clan of bees could recognize one another and survive. What in the field served as a tool for life is now rearranged in the gallery as a poetic panel, where the natural and the human mirror each other.
On the wood remain traces of flights, pollen, and wax: vestiges of a shared history between insect and artist, between ritual and creation. The ensemble unfolds like a moving puzzle, where each part seeks to integrate into a whole.
