In her collages, Angie Paniagua unfolds images that drift between the dreamlike and the symbolic: figures, landscapes, and natural elements intertwine in scenes where the intimate connects with the cosmic. Each cut-out enters into dialogue with another like a fragment of memory or an inner vision, a language that links the everyday with the universal. Her compositions function as open narratives—visual metaphors that speak of roots and journeys, of the domestic and the fantastic. Within them, the familiar transforms into poetic image and opens to multiple readings, where each viewer can find something of their own.
