In Cine Minerva, Natalia Karbabian recovers the memory of the theater located at 7428 Rivadavia Avenue in the Flores neighborhood. Built in 1925 by Pini under the design of architect Vivot and demolished in May 2024, the building was part of the area’s cultural landscape for nearly a century. The artist reconstructs its façade and restores presence to an architecture that no longer exists. The drawing becomes an act of memory and symbolic preservation.
